If we're having a good time, do we have to stop when we were scheduled to?
Absolutely not. If you're having a good time and want to continue the fun, just let your driver know and he or she will do their best to accommodate your needs. It's honestly that simple.
How are we billed for overtime service?
Billing for over time is simple. You and your group will continue at the same hourly rate that was pre-agreed upon. The only difference is that you will be billed in quarter hour increments. This is to assure you that you will not be billed for any overages that you did not accrue.
What are your hours?
Our office hours are from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Our phones are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our buses run the same as our phones. If you need service, we'll provide it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Our vehicles are all licensed, bonded, and insured. If you look up bus companies on the Michigan Department of Transportation's website, you'll see a list of bus companies. Those companies are all legal to operate in the state of Michigan. If a company that you received a quote from is not on the list, you can feel safe in knowing that you should not use that service as they are not insured.
How do I go about getting a quote?
Call us at 616-953-0299 and tell us what time and date you need service, the amount of people that you need to provide service for, your pickup and drop off locations, and where you're going. After that you'll have a quote to use how you wish.
I have minors in my party, can I drink?
We need to have a list of every minor on the vehicle and if we see that any of the mare consuming alcohol during the trip, our drivers can end the service immediately.
